But I probably want to cool down the Battery anyway right Um and then we will actually drive all The way to where the storm there's a Shell station with Cam power and then we Drive back again but remember this is Charnamo I cannot use ionity I cannot Use Tesla superchargers because they Have CCS we don't have that kind of Alien technology and then the plan is to Drive further north here Over here and then back again and that Will be 1 000 kilometer challenge I have To double check all my values here but Yeah so and then how long is going to Take because this battery or this car Does not have thermal management it Doesn't have active cooling but I heard That the old battery is smaller and it Cools down faster so you see we are 20 Degrees now I'm trying to even park Outside now to uh let the battery cool Down as much as possible but it's Supposed to be 15 degrees outside so I Don't think I can reach 15 degrees by The end of the evening now yeah so this Is a challenge and and then how how far Can you drive on 14 kilowatt hour or Rhythm buffer let's say if you can if I Will assume if I will consume let's say Around 12 kilowatt hour Um how far can that drive well the first Leg I can probably drive around 70 like 60
70 kilometers at 90 kilometers per hour Roughly but then from there I need to charge the car and then you Will see that this freaking old battery Charges dog slow past 50 it will get Around 40 kilowatt 45 kilowatt in the Beginning until 50 and then boom 15 Kilowatt and remember that 50 is only Around seven kilowatt hour you see the Struggle you see the stroke this is a Real challenge man this is a real Challenge because I'll be driving down Here kind of and then I have to charge a Little bit and then from there once the Batteries is almost out then I can only Drive for about 30 kilometers I can Charge and then drive around 30 Kilometers and charge again and drive 30 Kilometers and charge again So it's going to be the real deal the Real challenge man it's going down Tonight I just have my duties as a daddy Which is to um take a nap this afternoon And then Um I have to uh they call it um that's In Thai but I don't know I actually Don't know what the heck it's called in In uh in English but I have to carry the Baby and rock her to sleep for some Reason when I do it when when Isabel is Tired when it's time roughly up between 9 and 10 in the evening nowadays it Takes me only five minutes and then she Falls asleep I don't know what's up with

As the number of EVs grows, New York will need to improve the capacity of existing and new charging infrastructure, says the City’s Clean Energy Vision Plan 2025. New York is already working hard to expand access to charging.
But the bigger challenge is to reduce emissions from the electricity that powers those EVs. Earthjustice attorneys are fighting for a 100% renewable energy grid, but until that goal is reached, electricity from fossil fuels will continue to be used to drive electric vehicles. And that can make EVs less cost-effective as an emission reduction strategy.
