The City’s EV Strategy, completed in 2019, is an action plan that includes 26 different actions including the implementation of a public EV charging station network.
Ford GM Power Manufacturing is producing the electric F-150 Lightning, a top-selling pickup truck that’s designed to be as capable as its gasoline-powered counterparts. Customers can expect up to 320 miles of range and, with the right accessories, towing capacity of 10,000 pounds.
The National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) is committing to launch online training in 2023 for the 180,000 salespeople at its member dealerships on how to sell and service EVs. The training is designed to reduce barriers to mass-market EV adoption and provide the information dealerships need to best support their customers.
Exelon is a leading energy provider in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest, and it is launching fleet electrification assessment services for businesses and organizations to create plans to transition their vehicle fleets to EVs. The service will assist with the selection of EVs and chargers, provide cost estimates, and recommend a schedule for implementing an EV-only fleet.
