It's two options lower the battery or or The special tool just cut the bolt but How do you install a new ball stand from Another Side oh it's much easier and the Same thing it works everything is the Same but why we decided to put both from This side it's strange well the model 3 Model y are not like this are they no Okay yeah so model X and model X is the Same maybe they were never designed to Be repaired Maybe So yeah it's quite interesting thing for The this Engineering but yeah but how do you guys Change it and do you lower the battery Or do you cut the bolt ah Of course it's easier to cut the bolt Because to take out the battery it takes Much much more time and many bolts and Screw and everything so Just cutting the bolt everybody does now Because in the beginning of course Everybody tried to just lower the Battery but it's it's it's not so smart To do that because hour and more just For the change the arm is going to Change will not change but lower the Battery so it's it's not so easy okay so But it's you know I said it's uh I don't Know how he thought it will be normal But yeah it's now we know how to fix it Faster Because now the squeaking so and now Rico is going to turn the wheel

For longer life Okay so now we try to turn the wheel And no sound Yeah that's it All good [Music] So you see uh I just learned today that Tesla okay nothing bad about Tesla but Tesla's own word is that I've seen posts On Facebook actually they're just the Screenshotted Tesla they actually say it Straight to the customers that they Prioritize customers under warranty and Then like this car out of warranty sorry Mark we can fix it but it's you have to Wait long maybe several months and Actually Tesla recommends the customers To go to other places like you guys or Bosch car service or somewhere So I guess you guys are happy for it Right yeah you cannot complain about That And also I mean the work you do is the Same quality and what they've Experienced and and saved and everything As Tesla would do it anyway it doesn't Matter who does it it has to be the same Quality here customers can choose Original parts or like third Say Factory parts And as quality has to be the same we Have to deliver the same quality as Tesla And Luis I also learned today that these

Electric vehicle (EV) technology is maturing, and production costs are coming down rapidly. Purchase prices can still be higher than comparable conventional vehicles, but the cost of operating an EV is substantially lower and can be further offset by fuel savings and other incentives like the federal Qualified Plug-in Electric-Drive Motor Vehicle Tax Credit and state and utility rebates.
In addition to lowering energy costs, the environmental impact of an EV is far smaller than a gas car. An average EV in the US produces less global warming pollution than a gasoline car that gets 73 miles per gallon, and can be made nearly emissions free by pairing with rooftop solar and home energy storage.
A growing number of cities are introducing EV-friendly infrastructure, including charging stations. These can be found in public spaces like parking garages and at work sites. In many cases, EVs can be charged using a standard 120 Volt (Level 1) outlet, though to charge more quickly it’s often easier to install a dedicated 240 Volt (Level 2) outlet or charging system.
As demand for EVs grows, a more robust and accessible charging network will be crucial to the success of the industry. This is why NYC DOT has set ambitious goals for the city’s EV market. Reaching these goals will require a huge effort from the entire community. To help with this, the City is deploying more charging stations across Manhattan, including at work sites and in public spaces.
