This video was brought to you by Steinberg a better world planner Mr Green Camp power and Marcus Beale I guess we could just stop the car I Mean and lock it And then unlock it and then hopefully it Wakes up No it doesn't usually the screen will Fire up there Oh wait wait let me just buckle up here Get ready come on come on Huh that wow okay that was actually a Two minute delay okay let's go Yes now we can go oh Jesus Should we deduct those two minutes hmm I'm not sure about that Let me check here we have now 90 battery Yeah it says nine percent okay let's go Let's go Oh I drove off and I forgot to Switch user because it every time it Defaults to the place to build user Press car it means so you see here I Want to switch to desktopion You cannot change the account while You're driving why why And also I also of course I looked at it There is no way to set default user that Would be also a solution right so now we Have been freaking Uh What the heck man The pilot is Helga is back
The Lord is Yeah Yeah okay okay if I need to have some Kind of know me here I'd like to have wait wait wait The pilot is yeah of course we have to Have Helga here wow I'll just say The the German Helga sounds like a kid Really Oh Okay wait we have to wait for the whole Don't I mean if you don't hold a Steering wheel then okay let me see Come on that's this is what you oh man The auto stairs just so zigzaggy you can See it it just zigzags all the time Especially now in 120 Zone Like even the guys in there Otherwise I call it side yeah Yeah number the holy crap the Autos There is just so bad uh Um it's zigzags continuously it is it's Zigzags I don't know you can see my I I bounce like this because of the Autos there Um Continuously ever since Oslo it does This Sig sagging results Foreign Charging up here so wow it is 16 degrees Celsius here finally spring is coming so This time we have to charge we cannot Swap unfortunately
So yeah I figured out how much we need here by The way I counted how much battery do we Actually need from kungal which is the Previous swap station to this point we Need to spend 108 percent of the battery So which means that even if we swap at Corner we could not come here direct Directly which means that we have to Stop somewhere on the way so I think my Choice of charging strategy versus swap Was already the best one so yes the Ninja strikes back so now let me see How fast are we charging Oh we're getting 119 kilowatt Hour per hour because also on the way Here you have gonna see by the way what It looks like We cannot see what our per kilometer for The trip you see this one which is a Running average for the last 100 Kilometer or the last 10 kilometer Um and also the trip meter yeah there's A trip meter that would be visible here If you are Driving now you cannot show you you have To hold press and hold this button and You will be able to shuffle between Whatever you want to display there Um This one yeah from Harrisonburg So um uh yeah so what you can do is You're going to take this Con this Energy divided by this distance and you
Will find the consumption So how much is that 147.955 uh is it's around 350 watt hour Per kilometer I think or slightly more But we have a headwind but dry roads so Yeah I calculated that we need to charge To roughly 60 We spend over 60 getting here 62 so on The way back we get Tailwind so the car Doesn't that's also the problem the car Doesn't give me any good estimations uh This time we're actually going back to The swap station so normally when you Miscalculate a little bit and you charge Too much no big deal because you can Just you need to charge anyway right Unless it's the last turning stop but Here since we're going to the swap Station ideally we want to arrive with Zero percent yeah whatever extra you Charge will be lots of time So um Yeah yeah okay the car tells me it won't Charge anything okay now finally some Quality time here like that guy is doing Oh yeah All right we charge her 18 minutes we Are 63 and I think that is enough to go Back and have around five percent margin 19 minutes Jordan now okay let's go Thank you We are now in white bike Okay start please park your vehicle Nicely done yeah yes we are parking now
Be aware of your surroundings do not Open any door or take over the steering Wheel yes kid you can press the brake Panel to control the speed okay by the Way here we have I don't know if you see The trip here but okay it was 13 minutes Arrive we have three minutes of Deduction because the traffic today is Just crazy man first of May long weekend Yeah so that one is available we want The uh Yeah we will deduct that time but okay Now let's see we get over here again the Car seems to always do this and then go Forward and then it could it can't take The the turn directly in the first try Hmm okay Could be 10 seconds faster okay whatever Okay there you go Preparing this may take some time Please wait Okay neutral okay Power Swap is about to Start okay good during this time the Vehicle May shake and you see here I Managed to nail it six percent Do not open any doors I didn't charge Too much yes okay So I didn't charge too much so we tried To get here with enough juice yeah Because if I charge too much that's just Waste of time charting time There now let me check here yeah the 12 Volt is dead Okay and then you will see here again
Just like last time Let's quickly show you what's gonna Happen And then Yeah the robot comes and we get the Battery out Well okay okay you see you have to wait Okay let me see New batteries in We heard no me wake up the car is still Dead the light is still red Will it still have the same slow boot up Or what's gonna happen This time we'll see I guess We shall see Still red light lead light Hmm But if you know me comes up it means That 12 volt is alive at least There green but the core is still dead This time it was faster okay Yeah 90 battery let's go So yeah That was yet another quick swap and um We just have to get going now we have to Drive all the way to stirm start it's Around two hour drive 100 215 kilometers Yeah I I still haven't peed since uh Helsing boys oh this is what happens if You want to stretch the battery swap to The fullest Thank you We are now at stermstadt and we have Lauderstown at 18 39 we arrived here
Okay Uh we have one complete charger let me See you can see the light better if I Turn out you see one charger has got put The pink ones are in use and then the White one is not induced yet because the The the Ionic five just pulled in so um actually Four of these cars are Norwegian Register and only one is Swedish Okay a lot of star a lot of stuff well Yeah I just have to wait then Oh yeah that was two minutes yeah and we Are now charging getting 120 kilowatt oh Oh yeah now I just have to charge enough To get back to Oslo we actually spent we Went from 90 to 7 or was it six or seven I don't remember uh just to get here That's crazy man we have headwind now And wet roads so yeah now we just go for The Finish Line okay I have to tell you That uh we look at this one here Um there it's we have 0.7 Under Reporting so we have to drive 993 Kilometers and we have to look at the Start and then it's supposed to be 2077.2 yeah That's going to be 1 000 kilometer so Yeah and now we just have to wait here About uh I don't know 20 minutes okay I Guess Uh the charting stopped at 44. Um I have seen this before it's this
Charger here yeah yeah it's actually Discharged in there Oh Um a buggy I only take charges I guess Let me try to get it started again 47 if we are charging so that's three Minutes in my log in my log I will write It as software I will write it as Tritium problem Yeah okay maybe I should hurry over to The to the toilet before it bugs again Oh we're good to go so with the first Starting session also we charge it for Almost half an hour and we can deduct Five minutes of convenient charge Because we charge longer so we can go Straight home Okay so we started at 9 55 this morning And we have 35 minute total deduction That means as if you started at 10 30. And you see now we are at the night just Past the nine hour mark oh I'm here to Drive another 75 kilometers roughly oh And it's um well it's Monday night but It's a public holiday so there is some Traffic Okay let's hope they are not going to Get in my way Wait wait wait wait I'm late to the Countdown 766 the numbers are so small we're Almost at 999 eight Seven six Nine
Seven seven okay Seven one no no that's it it's really Weird there one thousand kilometer 2011 that means Nine hours and 40 minutes oh And we have 14 battery left well that's The whole convenient charge thing yeah We have extra juice to go home All right the slow clap for battery swap All right we're back home so how did it Go well 940 is actually the Heck okay don't mind the squeaking sound But 940 is actually the fastest SUV Because if you look at the list okay There are faster cars out there and Tesla Model 3 is faster but it's tiny Car just wait until I test the et5 in a Couple of days yeah then you will see Some proper speeds because what kills This one is that we have to do some Swaps and also today we have half of the Route was just pouring down with rain Which increased the consumption and then The Achilles heel with these cars that It doesn't charge that fast it peaked at 125 kilowatt at the very end and most of The time we got 120 kilowatt at the Bottom uh so we have to take some Charging sessions and then of course we Did two swaps that was great and that Was actually why this car even beat the EQ S SUV that charged way faster so Um actually to improve things here I Would say that if this car could take
200 kilowatt charging for example it's a 100 kilowatt hour battery if you can Take 200 kilowatt charging In Europe you know that would be it man Then it's game over for the for the German car manufacturers And actually another thing yeah if they Could just fix the damn auto stair so it Doesn't zigzag I think you guys even saw It in the b-roll Like it kept going like this all the Time and also when it comes to Acceleration it goes like accelerate Decelerate accelerate this rate all the Time if you just fix that one it would Be game over because you know this car Is really comfy it's super spacious more Space and fat eatron more space than Even the Equus SUV I think it was yeah More but not boxes It goes like a rocket 0 to 100 is well I Should measure it but I think it's Actually faster and the fat e-tron 60 or The e-tron s right And the ride is superb so I just it Doesn't have that weird balance like the By the tank has so and also when you Feel everything like the seats the Steering wheel when you touch stuff in The back there it feels sturdy except For this one but it feels nice and Sturdy as if you're sitting in a German Car So really uh this one this car is really
Really impressive it's just a couple of Few things they could improve and then It would be a real killer not the Tesla Killer but a German killer okay okay I Take that don't don't take it too Seriously right about everything I say Here but yeah and also by the way I Should mention that when you buy this One you would probably buy with bus I Haven't asked Neo but I think over 90 of Customers in Europe they go for bus Which is Battery Service you rent the Battery And then you can battery swap you need Bus to be able to battery shop which Means that this car becomes really cheap I think you can get three of these cars For three of these el7 for one eqs SUV But okay don't get me wrong the ecos SUV Is more luxurious the stereo is also Good I forgot to mention the right range Test I tested the stereo this one for Some reason doesn't support USB drive But when I tested it we are listening to Some Spotify music It wasn't that great yeah So okay the German cars them they might Still excel in like everything you know Here you do it really well but there are Some points it kind of falls behind or Falls uh But still really really good car for the Money so I think that's going to be it For now I hope you guys enjoyed this
Video as always thank you for watching And talk to you later

Electric City Vehicles Cars Power
About Electric City Vehicles Cars Power
The electric vehicles (EV) we drive use motors powered by rechargeable batteries freeing them from the dependence on fossil fuels. They are a critical component in reducing our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and improving air quality. EVs have a range of up to 310 miles and require less energy than gasoline vehicles to operate. They are easy to use, with many owners charging their EVs overnight at home or in their work parking lot and using City Light’s clean electricity.
EVs produce significantly fewer emissions, including ozone precursors and particulates, when compared to gas-powered cars. They also reduce the demand for petroleum by eliminating the need for gasoline stations. EVs are also more efficient than traditional cars over the entire vehicle lifecycle, which decreases the amount of energy needed to produce them.
A rethinking of battery chemistry is making electric vehicles more affordable. Ford is developing a battery plant, BlueOval City, near Atlanta, that can produce up to 500,000 EVs per year. It will use a new technology for batteries that eliminates the need for expensive metals like nickel, cobalt and manganese. It will also use a new lithium-iron-phosphate technology that is more cost effective than other types of batteries.
EVs are easy to maintain and repair and have a long service life. They don’t need oil or coolant and can be plugged in to a standard household outlet. Most new EVs come with at least a few months of roadside assistance. If your EV runs out of juice, it will warn you before it starts slowing down, and most assistance services will tow you home (if it’s close enough) or to a charger.
