Electric cars are a new way of driving that can save drivers time, money and the environment. They’re quiet, fast and can be a lot of fun to drive.

These cars are a mix of gasoline engines and electric motors that run on battery power, which can be recharged by using electricity or by storing energy created when the car slows down and uses regenerative braking. The regenerative system helps to decrease the amount of gas used by the internal combustion engine, which can help improve fuel economy.

They are also good for the environment because they produce no emissions. This can be a major advantage for cities who are looking to reduce their emissions and fight climate change.

Manufacturers are putting more money into developing and manufacturing EVs, and this is causing sales to grow at an alarming rate. GM has committed to producing only EVs by 2035, and Ford plans to add 30 new plug-in models by 2025.

Dealers are also gearing up for the demand. As a result, they’re hiring salespeople and service technicians to keep up with the growing number of EVs.

The Federal fleet is poised to lead by example, with President Biden’s administration making a commitment to buy 100% zero-emission vehicles for the government by 2027. It’s a great start, but this is just the beginning of a huge transition to a cleaner and greener future.
