Cars specifically designed with battery-powered driving in mind offer some of the most efficient options for around-town errands. Ford has also jumped into the fray with its all-electric F-series pickup truck. Depending on the model, it has between 230 and 320 miles of range and can tow up to 10,000 pounds. It also offers the option to power your home through bidirectional charging.
