Volkswagen ID Buzz Cargo

Volkswagen just revealed two new vehicles: the electric ID. Buzz passenger van and the ID. Buzz Cargo commercial version. While the former won’t be available in the US, it will be sold in Europe later this year. Whether it will appeal to contractors or everyday people remains to be seen. Buzz Cargo is aimed at contractors

The Volkswagen ID. Buzz cargo van is designed with sustainability in mind. Its steering wheel cover is made from polyurethane, which resembles leather, and all other interior materials use recycled material. In fact, the fabric used in the Buzz’s interior seats will be made from Seaqual(r), which is composed of 10 percent ocean plastic and 90 percent recycled PET bottles.
