Uh Just trying to yoyo a little bit you Know I should yo-yo now when I can So we're gonna try to heat up these two Here the Min and Max temperature I'm not Sure how much we need but based on other Cars I tried I think many cars they prefer roughly 25 Degrees Celsius to get optimal speed So I guess we'll see yeah Oh man So we heated the battery a little bit I Made a mistake by not charging enough Second yo-yo more And now we're getting 100 kilowatts Okay Battery heated huh wait the battery Heater is not active why not Uh so we are kind of okay we're getting 100 kilowatt at least well it has a slow Ramp up can we see 150 oh I'm not sure Okay battery heater is not active it Should at least activate battery heater So we can get to get up to 25 degrees or Whatever this battery needs to hit 150 Kilowatts so this might actually be the Charting session I record because I Don't think many people will hit 150 Kilowatt especially not in winter Wait a minute wait a minute oh we almost Hit 250 kilowatts here it has e-tron Like uh flat Edge charging curve well I Mean it stores like neutrons well okay

But you can only enjoy this twice per Day before it throttles Okay and just like the other reviewers Also found I also found that this car is Really thirsty and it has short range so What this is to say yeah and also when It comes to uh net capacity at least When we count until there is no Indicated range on display then I Measured 60.8 kilowatt hour so of course If you use the buffer below Siri you get More just like the leaf but I don't Count that one so yeah what else is to Say about this car Um okay not so good range and why are You so obsessed about range Well Normally if you have 500 or even 400 Kilometers of range then no big deal but Here since it's so so low range here Yeah whoa yeah then it actually becomes A problem you know if you want to hammer On the motorway in Winter and if you Have roof rack or stuff like that then The Rings is kind of shitty and that's Why Norwegians are not too happy with This so um Yeah I I don't know what else to say it Seems like Toyota they they can make Okay cars I wouldn't say this is Top Notch I mean it's comfortable ish yeah But I guess for the price well actually What is the price for this car uh maybe It's not that cheap either but it seems Like Toyota just needs to have a little

The rapid shift to electric vehicles is transforming the automotive industry, allowing manufacturers to compete with each other on price, range and functionality. While this is good news for customers and consumers, it can also make things complicated for the manufacturers themselves.

Tesla and Ford are leading the charge with their high-volume, high-performance EVs, but GM has big plans as well. It is building a factory to build the Lightning electric SUV, and two battery plants, in Stanton, Tennessee, and Glendale, Kentucky, that will annually produce enough cells for about 1.3 million EVs with 100-kilowatt-hour packs.

GM has also launched a series of initiatives in New York City to expand its public charging network. It has plans to equip 20 percent of all spaces in municipal public parking lots and garages with Level 2 chargers by 2025, increasing to 40 percent by 2030.

As electric cars become more popular, many states are worried about their impact on the nation’s grid. If the demand for electricity spikes during peak times, utilities could be forced to pump out more coal, natural gas or nuclear energy than they have available.

To ease the burden, state governments are working to create incentives for electric vehicle drivers. Some are using rebates, while others are building public charging infrastructure. Earthjustice is fighting for these policies in several states, including California.
