This video was brought to you by a Battery planner cam power Marcus Beale Steinberg and Bill componente Yo what's up we're now in front of the House we just finished a 1 000 kilometer Challenge but we're going to continue With zero mile tests so here we have ID3 Refresh or I think it's called ID3 Facelift and we will see now how far can We drive below zero how does it react Compared to ID bus that I did A while ago so you see it yeah we are Down to three percent on this play here And then car scanner here reports 2.5 Percent And then this one is still still charge BMS the true state of charge supposedly Is eight percent and then this one here Is 1.75 kilowatt hour down to but this one Is zero so I want to find out how much Buffer do we have below zero it's Probably less than the ID bus because The ID bus I tested had a bigger battery And the battery is nice and warm so uh Because it's Sunday today we can go to IKEA yeah ideally I want to go maybe to Cleavage that would be more common once I move to yesterday but now we will just Do the the Ikea run so you see yeah Let's check it out uh yeah we are okay Let me just get over there You see here that um we have power limit Roughly 60 power so that's good that

Was guessing two kilowatt hour here Which is spot on ID bus at 2.7 kilowatt Hour but ID bus also you sorry You could also unbrick it I didn't take the chance with the bus I Charge it longer which was a good call If I like temporarily unbrick it I could Probably move a little bit and then it Will stop again in one of the uphills so Uh you might be wondering why am I doing This test well I'm doing this test to Find out how the car behaves in case you Run into the same Uh situation you shouldn't put yourself In a situation where you run out of the Juice but in case something happens You're clumsy a charger is broken you Don't have any other choices but to keep Driving below zero then you just have to Know what could happen and you can get Prepared for your car and you will know How it behaves and then how you can Solve this if the car shuts down so That's the whole purpose of this test Man it sounds maybe silly but it Actually has a purpose so I think that's Going to be it for now I hope you guys Enjoyed this video as always thank you For watching and talk to you later

The vehicles have fewer moving parts and fluids (no oil changes or trips to the gas station, woohoo!) but need to be charged up with electricity that is clean and affordable (just like your cell phone) from sources like City Light. You can charge at home using a standard 110V outlet, or a 240V outlet for faster charging, or you can use the growing network of public EV charging stations.
The new Ford Energic SUV, pictured below, can be charged in just over an hour with an EV charger at the company’s headquarters. The company is also committing to provide home and workplace charging for employees, and is upgrading all of its existing parking spaces with electric vehicle charging stations.
In 2023, the National Automobile Dealers Association and Center for Sustainable Energy are launching online EV sales training for 180,000 NADA-member dealership salespeople to help them master the nuances of selling EVs. Exelon, the nation’s largest utility, is launching a new online EVsmart program for business customers in 2023 that provides them with tools and resources to assess the potential benefits of fleet electrification and create plans to achieve their goals.
EV owners can further support renewable integration and grid stability by practicing smart charging, which involves being flexible about when they charge their cars. If everyone charges their cars right after getting home from work, it can place a big demand on the electrical system, and that energy could have to be bought from the grid at peak times, when prices are highest. Smart charging instead allows drivers to charge their cars at midday, when demand on the grid is low, or in the middle of the night, when the price of electricity from wind and solar is lowest.
