Of it and here I can also show you that Here you see this one you can control it Some some areas you can control the Temperature this is the current Temperature and then I set it at 22° So Eventually it's going to be 22° up here And with this much window surface on This side also in the living room you Might wonder how much heat loss we have Or how efficient the whole house is well De they already measure it and you know When you have the whole Energy Efficiency a b c d whatever right uh This one got an A rating mainly because Of the heat pump but also because the Windows here are triple layered and they Are super efficient for blocking the Light sry blocking the heat uh well or Inside and then preventing too much coal From the outside and when you guys saw Some of the moisture or yeah um Condensation on the window that was Actually on the outside and that was Before the ventilation system started Working but yeah these windows are so Efficient that uh you actually sometimes Can get condensation on the window V he Said that he installed the some really Efficient windows on a house to the Customer uh with some nice views but in The morning hours he will get fog on the Window on the outside yeah uh so of Course if you had less efficient Windows They will then some heat will escape out
And that will heat up the glass so that You don't get condensation but here you Get condensation mainly because the Outer glass will be quite cold right Versus if the temperature rises And then you get condensation just like On a cold botle of Coke or something [Music] Right oh man I've been staying here Almost all day it's almost 6:00 in the Evening now the light has lit up look Here if you guys haven't seen it before This looks so Awesome yeah lead strip on the garage Door and I just learned that you know The the garage is insulated and the Garage door is also insulated so only The garage door cost 50,000 nuke so yeah And for you guys wonder how much did This whole house cost Um people going find out eventually Right so yeah I can tell you that the Whole land cost roughly 3,000 3.5 Million nuk uh around um uh 350,000 or 340,000 Roughly and then the house cost around 11 million no or 11 and a half I'm not Sure so that's around how much is that 1.1 million euro so total is around 15 Million Nook very expensive but uh Awesome house way the white balance is a Little bit off H let's see if I switch On and off the camera you'll see Something here yeah see okay yeah so

Creating a Cleaner Energy Grid With Electric Vehicles
EVs can offer far better efficiency than fossil-fuel cars, which burn gasoline or diesel fuel and emit carbon dioxide. And because they don’t have a big internal combustion engine, they can be lighter and have much lower noise levels.
A key part of the electric vehicle (EV) experience is plugging in at night to recharge the battery. In many cases, that removes the need to ever stop at gas stations for refills, allowing drivers to experience much more freedom when they’re on the road.
But if a driver doesn’t have access to a charging station at home, it can be difficult to enjoy the benefits of an electric car. “Without a dedicated garage for charging, I’d be reluctant to buy an EV,” says Ari Weinstein, who worked on the GM EV1 electric car in 1996-98 and was the subject of the movie Who Killed the Electric Car?
In addition to making vehicles more efficient, EV batteries can help to create a cleaner energy grid. For example, a utility like Pacific Gas and Electric is working on vehicle-to-grid technology that will allow EVs to take in power during the day from renewable sources, then return it back to the grid when demand rises.
Whether it’s from the sun, wind or coal, that electricity can then be used in homes and businesses to run appliances and lights. And it can also be stored in a vehicle’s battery for later use. This makes EVs more flexible and responsive than conventional cars, which need to constantly build revs to make acceleration.
