Yo what's up today I'm going to show you Guys the new house it's almost finished And we're going to see it in 4k and yeah Here I can show you the front of the House actually no sorry it's the back of The house this is the back of the house So uh yeah uh idus they're building the Porch now we're going to get a huge Porch we're going to see more details of That first I'll show you that yeah here The rails or whatever you call it here They need to be like this uh unpainted Because it's um what do you call again They has some treatment imp say in Norwegian so it has to stay like this And dry out in at least one to two years Before we can paint it white so yeah but Wow look at this the pool is here uh Here we have the the slope so my Property goes all the way down there you Know hm wait a minute maybe we can put What I maybe we can put solar Palance Here no but if I do that I need to maybe Solidify it or whatever you call it Maybe put some uh uh some concrete here But I'm not sure how much how good it Will be because you see we have some Trees over there well actually that Those trees might be on my property so I Could chop them down but nah they want To I I like this natural shade see we Get the Privacy from the neighbors and Most of the day we also get proba for us I mean other the way around okay anyway
Yeah so the soil has been seeded With grass and okay and then here we Will have a new neighbor eventually one Day who knows when uh here we will have Some grass so there will be some grass Here but let's take a look here so the Pool is here it's 4 * 9 M but 1 meter Goes for the cover yeah many people There oh yeah remember safety it's not Going to be like this normally by law You have to secure the pool and there is This Lamela covero thing I'll show you Soon in the garage that will be covering It and it will also insulate this is um A glass fiber thing oh normally Shouldn't have that much water we might Need to drain a little bit but uh it's Also the the pool itself is insulated And then the cover they will also Insulate it and of course the pool is Heated for you guys who don't know we It's not like you know in Norway we need Heated pool so yes they're going to Build a porch here uh it should extend a Little bit past that one it will be Level with a pool Yeah they're doing some oh doing some Lasering here and yeah plenty space we Will somewhere here we also have an Outside shower we need that one for the Pool stuff and then over there on that Side we will have some um uh well Actually maybe I can move on this this Way this direction yeah on this side we
Will have some Furnitures and stuff Maybe if you have barbecue and yeah Let's go over here so there's the big Ass shed 10 square met full size fully Insulated you know no wonder why this House cost so much there was stuff that I didn't think about dream about that we Needed I didn't know it was going to be This big shed you know so of course this One costs a lot also the groundw work For digging for everything here cost Also around 300 400,000 Nook extra and The pool itself cost around 600k Nook so You can say the whole pool here cost Maybe a million Nook extra 100,000 extra But okay we learn as we live right so Here I can show it inside the Shed looks like this oh I need to change The ND filter a little Bit uh what is This oh swimming pool heat pump ooh nice What kind of brand is It Gil okay Swedish wow we use a lot of Local products from Norway or Sweden Wait did we get one of these this I Don't Remember uh it's a robot for cleaning The pool hey no wonder why everything Was so expensive so we don't need a pool Boy we have this one yeah and then the Light here is going to be installed There so you see there's a lot of stuff Here for the pool Astra pool whatever Pump and there's some stuff for uh the
Chloride thing and yeah uh so okay this Is to okay okay let's go outside um and Then every time yeah and then the the White balance is a little bit messed up Every time you move so this is the Main um main heat pump see KN so we have The knba system also uh um Tiber Supports neba I will show you inside so It's a big big powerful heat pump and Cost over 200,000 Nook over €20,000 for This heat pump but it supplies heat for Basically the whole house Okay and then in the Garage we have ENT a here this is the Lamela cover for um for the swimming Pool so it's uh electric you just I'll Show you eventually once we get it Installed and then here we have the Lights six of them uh on sh I can change Intensity and I can change color Temperature also so it should be enough Light for uh for lightninging up and Also eventually I need to yeah this is The cost saving I did they did the Sparkling you know what they call it Sparkle and then I will have to paint Myself but it shouldn't be too hard but I probably have to go bananas with a Masking tape and then paint myself so I'll be saving roughly 1,000 1,500 by Doing the paint myself but I then need To spend some time doing this rather Than making videos but okay so and then The whole plan is that here it should be
Lar enough so I can have a car in here Maybe diagonally or something and even Yeah with this camera position I could Shoot some some even banana box test in Here if it's raining outside or too dark Outside so that's the whole idea that This will become my studio and also the The floor here is heated we have Waterbor heater here that is run by that Heat pump so this is also why everything Became so expensive because I wanted the Best of the best well actually not Actually not we have two um EC boxes Here they are fused with 11 Kow each one There one there obvious see oh you see Here 6.7 de C oh that's the floor Heaters you can also control this One yeah and here we have the lead strip Getting Installed W these Norwegians are Freaking Tall yeah this is from idus so yeah we Have a lead strip it it is a I don't Remember IP 67 or something you know High IP rating um so it's going to look Stunning also I can show you here that You know this is a factory Painted material and it looks freaking Thin man so I also need to paint outside What something's coming here this is to Our house Right Or no no no no no this is a something Okay okay there a bunch of rock and
Stuff that okay yeah so you see how thin The paint Is by default the the standard price you Get this yeah if you want a thicker Paint you have to pay extra so that's What we did over here we paid extra 100,000 nuke extra but then you get Nicer thicker paint that will last for 15 years rather than this one that will Last for only 2 years before you have to Do something okay so outside side Lightning has been installed you guys Saw that in another video uh I can show On this side what it looks Like so this will be the front the Facade the stunning glass and yeah um For some some people who are wondering You know will there be enough privacy Yes because we also prepared for it so We have um let me change the light Withit camera is being full we have Electric uh Curtain at least at least the electric Part is is prepared so one day when we Get electric curtain we just need to Hook it up and then we have button for It to control it so we can just know Block it when we need privacy and also We also have fiber here uh so F fiber Internet it should be quite fast fiber You have synchronous uh upload download Same speed you know um so that's going To be awesome I need the all that speed And also we have another EC charging
Station over here this one has been Covered with a white cover and also 11 KW here so I actually have 33 KW of Charging power and initially we were Going to get 40 Kow into the house no no Not 40 we we 40 amps sorry um initially I heard that the house would get 40 amp Fuse Three-phase which is 27 KW well they Increased it obviously 27 Kow is not Enough so they they figured out that Okay since I have so many charging Stations um they increase it to 63 amp Which is whooping 43 KW but I'm not Going to use 43 KW because then the peak Price Peak power you have to pay power What you call it Peak power price is Going to be quite high I would try to Stay within around 20 25 kilow okay Enough talk about outside um doorbell Also Works D yeah this is SED door quite high Security on the Sor uh I can show you That we have anchor points here and here You see this is some secure man and Also very good heat Insulation wow it's nice and warm in Here yeah also you know these windows They are triple layer glass and also the Walls they have quite good insulation Before we build the house U they had to Calculate the window space and how much Heat loss the window space has the Window has slightly less uh or less
Insulation than walls even though they Are triple glass they're still very good Uh but because we have so much window Surface also over there they had to make The walls slightly thicker to meet the Standard for insulation and also I can Tell you that sorry idus did a pressure Test Of the house where they they close all The windows everything doors and then They put some air into it or something Well I'm not sure how they do this but They want to see how tight this this House is and they said that they set a New record uh there was some value um Supposedly uh 6 or something is more Standard for how how airtight it is and Our house Is3 so they were like wow they made it Really really tight you know there is no Tesla panel Gap over here and what does The tightness mean it means that there Will be less air leaking through or Coming in or you know so better Insulation and then of course the the The now now the modern houses they need To have by law um ventilation system Because they are so airtight compared to For example my old house in ALU it leaks Like a Swiss cheese so yeah very good And also yeah the the um by law also the Ventilation system must have um I don't Know what they call it the a heat it's Like a heat Scavenging system so from
The air that comes inside here and then Before it exits it it gets the leftover Heat suck sucks the heat out before it Dumps the the outside or the the air to The outside to save energy so you know Uh many people say why didn't you get The passive house well this is pretty Close to passive house anyway and with The heat pump system here it's going to Be super efficient it's like a freaking Model 3 with octav valve almost okay Anyway enough Talk um yeah this is the one IA plon Pon 70 45 cm so I use that one in here There will be installed more yeah the Bathroom has been completed is oh yeah Look at this oh yeah so yeah yeah we Went for this mirror round mirror with a Light there ooh this one it looks nice H Oh wait what the heck this this one H Look at this this one is a cheap mirror From Mega freeze it's probably from China but it has this nice LED even yeah Yeah and then we will have some um tap Well install here this is also just a Cheap one from um mega flee The shower here looks like this so uh Ideally we want to have shower walls Here but we couldn't afford it we have This one it's called Nisha they drill Hole into the wall and because this is An inner wall then you can have a deep Enough I'll show it up upstairs this is What is included in a contract it's like
The cheapest most basic not very Functional not very practical shower but We couldn't afford to have a better one A rain shower we will have to upgrade it Later because rain shower needs to be Installed Al up here they need to Install drill some holes and but we Did go for What might look nice and feel like this Is te te or whatever you call but it's It's metal it's like a so you see it Actually Works it looks and feels so nice and the Toilet here also V and B uh Subway 3.0 it's supposed to be easier to clean And also one of the reason why the cost Went up a little bit extra this is Around 40,000 around 4,000 extra for Three bathroom is we have a butt sprayer So it also works look Here oh I forgot you have to open Yeah oh good Pressure oh it can be variable oh great Great I like that okay okay so there Will be a holder here yeah so let me Close this one and then close this One and then okay so we chose big 60 * 60 tiles here to make the room look a Little bit bigger because it is not the Biggest room bathroom Okay Moving On and Here Also in the entrance also big tiles Okay next room just showing you here This will be my bed bedro secondary Bedroom guest room whatever um yeah this
Is the only bedroom in the first Floor so also here we have the Ikea Plone here should give good enough light Okay there's some stuff going on Upstairs but let's check out so here we Have the Washer so also here we have Spotlights yeah those are bigger more Powerful spotlights 11 watt the other Ones are 8 Watt and all of them we chose Them to be 3,000 Kelvin because uh the Walls you you can kind of see it they Are not neutral white they in in Norway I don't know man people they just want Yellow so this is has a tint of Yellow it's called egg and that's Because these uh I don't know what they Call It yeah list this is also y yellow tint Egg give you have EG give you have uh I Don't remember but because this has a Slight yellow tint if we use 2,700 Kelvin which is quite common in Norway Everywhere you go to buy stuff at Electronics store they will go for 2,700 K and that oh sorry and that makes Everything look even more yellow so this One is actually 2,700 K you can see the Whole yellow tint is here yeah okay so Moving on now to uh uh let me Just no no no yeah there's two different Switches there okay moving on here fuse Box so the fuse box nothing interesting Except for this one garu um this is the
One that controls the Light the outside light also for the Garage external light for the garage so It has some settings if you go let me See um You can Go no here yeah oh Sorry um you have some settings here Program uh manual so what what this Would do is that um it's it's the switch For switching on and off the lights and It has a clock and it knows what day Date we are and so the the you can see The the bar there roughly when it's Going to turn on and off so it will Switch on and off by timer not by light Sensor but it also changes the on off Time based on time of the year and it's Programmed for Norway so yeah and you Can always override it so yeah nice tidy Fuseable it needs the info stuff here Eventually and okay this is going to be The washing room we have some some stuff Here for storing uh our yeah Uh stuff and then here we will have a Sink there will be two a washing machine And um and a maybe a dryer here this is Part of the inv ventilation system there Are some uh let me see how is this again Yeah but here you you have to change Some air filters once per year this is The uh Central St Central uh vacuum Cleaner thingy and then here we have the KN this is the water reservoir for the
Whole system you can see nice and Tidy we have different Loops we have two Loops for living room one Loop for G no Huh how is this oh oh maybe it's Inlet I'm not sure how this means must be Inlet Outlet maybe yeah because the Garage has two yeah living room huh how Is this kitchen second floor yeah we I To save cost and to not over complicate Things we have less low less loops on The second floor versus what first floor Bathroom technical room uh Entrance uh second floor bathroom yeah Bedroom yeah I'm saying so so some of Them they share Loops to not over extend The cost and also yeah so in the in over Here in the first floor we have tight The loops and the on the second floor Since the heat is rising and we have Pretty good insulation then the the Loops and the second floor they are Slightly less frequent or whatever you Call it less dense yeah and then here Also we have light there and then that One needs to be installed the one that We saw over there and yeah let me show You here Quickly there is a user interface here Hey unle it for okay in Norwegian I need To switch it to English eventually but Uh you can see some stuff here yeah so Supposedly here since they fire up this I know yeah so in October yeah it was a Bit High because they had to initially
Start heating up the house but now that The house has reached it working Temperature then it needs less to Maintain the heat but you see that this Is the the actual electricity we pull From the grid and this is the heat we H We get from it you know like the Equivalent heat energy so it's roughly Five no no no sorry sorry my bad four to One so it's like the cop is four right Now uh yeah so that's uh pretty good and And there are a lot of stuff we can do Here and also um yeah that's the model By the way if you want to know so neba Yeah Tiba supports neba directly so I Can then hook it up uh but I think I Need subscription because if without Subscription you can only view data but With subscription I think it's around 1,00 per day per per mon per year you Can then change set set temperature and Whatever and then I can control it VI T So here we have another entrance I'm not Sure why there is like this but okay Okay maybe it's easier to take the Washing machine in here maybe yeah all Right moving on this is a quite uh Extended view because I have to say a Tap well Yeah yeah we have tapwell coming out now Yeah lots of tap I chose tapwell Throughout the house I like them here's A freaking huge mirror 160 * 100 cm is Going to be in the main bathroom okay oh
Oh they took up oh Finally uh the the BB was here for the Longest time I'm wonder how many people How many men help install carry up the Bathtub so here's the living Room and then all I have to show you Guys the kitchen has been finished oh maybe not the best light condition To film now since we have strong sun Coming in there and they can't shade it Off but yeah this is Kitchen from uh Sigar it is quite expensive I mean I I Consider expensive but it's also very Big uh it cost roughly 350,000 nuk but then in the contract From uh uh idus they include 180,000 Nook so they deduct that so that means That we have roughly 17,000 look of Extras so yeah it's um it's more Expensive than Ikea kitchen I think if You try to design something similar at Ikea it might only cost around 100,000 But this one is not laminated Wait wait I don't remember wait maybe it Was laminate never mind this is laminate Yeah it's not it's not rock it's not Granite the granite would cost 100,000 Nuke extra and here we have power Outlet twist like this you have one Shuku and actually two usba a h okay uh Let me see how do twist it back wait I I Feel like the the the edges are kind of Sharp man come on There okay click right so yeah here you
Can see tap well okay like if there's One one only one item in the whole whole House like this one the the kitchen tap We wanted it to look nice and to uh to Like feel good right so actually this One cost 8,000 look yeah some things we Okay we only need one of it we want to We wanted this look you can also pull This out Very Practical so yeah maybe I should put the Protective thing back on again I'm not Sure why it is there but it's probably To protect it against something wait let Me sorry I'm going to try to do this in A single shot without having to edit it That's why but I can just do this Quickly sorry for That yeah induction stove wide one 80 cm It can I think it can take two stones Into one some something I don't know man Yeah I know Al this is R see we use lots Of local stuff here local made in Norway Made in Sweden uh is this design in you Know Ros but Listen um the the the ventilator we Have in our current house it's super Noisy and for this one I heard that it's Quiet so I was like okay I I actually Appreciate that it's nice and Quiet yeah we have uh stuff here we have Um how is this again yeah there there a Fridge here and there's a freezer here So wife he chose these these Solutions
See Here very practical just take it like That Z yeah and wifey chose everything here All these Uh the handles the the front the Collar middle AIS so you have so but This is wow it's like a dream kitchen Almost if we if you had a granite yeah That'll be it and here we can have some Bar stools and there also be light there Up there and you see these These are the Doors they have they call it spr it's That to give that style you know that That type of classic style it's a bit Funny right that me as a tech guy goes For a classic house yeah okay anyway Enough there yeah here by the way I went For some Ikea also this is um a bench Thing so this will be wasum they call it The washroom some more stuff here it Will be over here there would be a bench And some stuff there I had to carry it By the way uh with in my uh trailer okay Anyway Upstairs finally a really long walk Through quite Detail so yeah ID who is the protector That stairs with some cardboard here Right up here wow it's nice and warm Here so yeah this is going to be some Extra additional living room and you can See when we talk about privacy that over Here um most of the trees are just
Covering it blocking giving us some Natural privacy at least in summer in Winter of course it will be different But also here you see that when we are Just standing here we can see outside Which means that all the other guys Outside can see inside so that's where All the curtains will be eventually when We can afford it and then right moving On to this One this is going to be another Bedroom yeah I'm just checking if it Works quite nice and large bedroom uh For the the little one the one that wife Is pregnant with now right now and here We have the secondary bathroom miss it Did they Install nope okay I like going show you That this mirror we bought it from uh uh Some Norwegian company yeah uh we always Do that anyway but this one is more Expensive and bigger And let me see look at the Led look at The finish on S can you see that it's a Bit hard here to see I have To maybe if I do this there Oh look look at the cheap finish on that LED strip huh so well you what you get What you pay for right Okay so but yeah uh they misinstalled it It's supposed to be lower we wanted to Have it all the way down there if it's Possible and there is no light strip Under here it's only on that side anyway
And we even wrote it here that we wanted It like this so yeah here we have some Ikea stuff there I installed it Yesterday here uh this is called yeah I Don't remember ik goon yeah so we still Have a little bit mix of Ikea but we Don't want the whole house to look Typical Ikea want it to look more unique We have the same here also see the same There um I also Mark where I want the The butt sprayer holder to be at like Here and here also unfortunately we Couldn't afford more than the just the Basic cheap one without any shower thing I also question this by the way this one Is it is it supposed to be here I Thought it was supposed to be on the Outside because it's right close to Where you're supposed to shower so I Need to ask the ntion ask idus about This did they make a mistake or how the Heck yeah and then here you see this one Couldn't be that deep this is not the Nich sh of putting your shampoo and Stuff so it has something to do with What kind of wall you have and what Place what space you have there so we Would we didn't plan things that well Unfortunately um by the way this house We have designed it ourself we have Drawn in ourself and then we had help of An architect to finalize it but the Whole layout the whole idea here is is Just our idea right there so yeah and
Then here we Have Isabelle's bedroom also quite nice And large uh this is by default the Panels that came with a house when I Read the contract you know I was a noob I didn't understand what all this stuff Means this is the panel things that came With the house it has some good Advantages because it's it's sturdy you Can hang up stuff Anywhere you know unlike this drywall This is Yips bag but uh at least I'm not A fan of having this look all over the Whole house I don't know if you can see It the whole house would have something Like this so we actually changed it so That they had to take out some of these You know from the the order and then Install drywalls instead and they need To be painted and that actually cost Extra but you can see for example over Here in this big Hall that imagine Having those vertical lines across the Big hole I think it would ruin the looks Of it so but that also cost extra I Think it was around uh 50 or 60,000 look Extra to change the wall look so this is Why everything starts becoming quite Expensive but okay here guys look at This okay this is eventually going to be The the I walk-in closet there will be Some some uh some Furnitures here Closets and I think we'll just go for Ikea because when we got an offer from
Um Uh uh Sig doll they wanted around 300,000 nuke for just a wardrobe we like What and then wifey tried to Design uh in Ikea 50,000 nuke only but Okay it does didn't look that nice yeah But okay we might just settle for Ikea But look here look Here Oh so it has a lead strip on Top and I wanted I wanted this to give It a nice diffuse light uh one single Point of light or down lights would give You two harsh Shadows so I will give you An idea if I could to close this Door and just look look at how the light Okay I have I can actually now we Finally have the doors installed there There that's better so you see that that I don't have many harsh Shadows here Because of that fairly what yeah fairly Soft light but I can show you here in The Bathroom yeah right now it's not a good Time to demonstrate this since we have Some light from outside but this is Typically yeah you can see the Shadows Har Shadows so yeah so we have that one We have the other one there so wow this One was somewhat expensive also around 20 look extra for that light here but it It just looks so stunning and then okay Here we have the main Bedroom and now in the morning hours we
Have a little bit of view over to the Neighbor there and then here we have View over the swimming Pool yeah okay wow this is going to be This is has become a quite long video Now let me open up that one and then the M main bathroom yeah here's the bathtub Oh this is the first time I see It nice wifey chose this yeah bathtub Same stuff here but here we have a Proper rain shower this is what we Wanted for the other bathrooms and we Couldn't get it uh here you see so a Little design mistake from us is that This is an outer wall and the outer wall You cannot uh carve too much into the Wall so it became quite small but we Found a solution link Angel shower wall They have A shelf solution uh and also link Angel Is it's made in Sweden where this Ving B Which we originally was uh recommended For that one is from China I think or I Don't know where but only 5 year waranty But link Angel is 15E warranty and they Need they need exact measurement to cut From the factory the walls and so but it Was yeah hopefully we get one here at Least a fully functional bathroom here And then let me show you here oh they're Inst installing the plumbing stuff here Oh I see that's going to be the main Bathroom with two sinks and you can Imagine the big big ass mirror with
Light so we have light from above but we Also have light facing us and the Mirrors I was looking for uh most of Them they were 160 cm time 75 only but The one I bought now is 100 so it's nice And tall mirror and wifey also wants the Mirror to be mounted slightly lower Because she's a small Asian so it should Give us nice room feeling and then yeah This one is not from the it's actually Um Lava 52 Sink it's crushed they say it was it Crushed uh crushed marble or something So it it looks and feels like Kuma yeah Kuma so and we also have some Ikea stuff Here same there so yeah pretty cool all Right let's see and then well I think That's it I can show you guys from the From this one from the Balcony if I can figure out how to open Yeah okay so yeah so many people want to Try to jump jump in a pool that's the Shallow part and that's a deep Part jump from Balon down to the pool uh Um I don't know man if it's it's safe to Do it yeah but okay so this was quite Extensive View of the new house so still lots of Stuff is missing but um man I'm getting Excited so um the timeline is let me Maybe go out there's a little bit too Much Echo here but the timeline is that Uh idus claim that they're going to
Finish within about one week you can Really see that it's a little bit stuff Missing but uh the plumber is here to Install some Plumbing stuff the tapwell And then ID who is here To work more on the terce or the POR Pork I'm going to get a Porsche over There so yeah and what's going to happen Is that um in around let me go outside There's too much Echo here oh this Better Acoustics wise this is better so Yeah in around one week is 10 days Whatever right once they finish then I Get access to the house and I can Actually start moving stuff into the House and I I could also start painting The garage and stuff I wonder if I can Even do it now but uh yeah whatever I I Don't want to get in the way and also There's some equipment in the garage so I don't want to you know try to get in There and do stuff um but um after the House is finished idus they have to send All the documentation from the plumber From the electrician from whatever right Over to the Municipality and then they have to look At the case and see if everything is Okay and then we get the permission to Live here boas or whatever they call it And that usually takes one to two weeks Uh so in the meanwhile yes we we we have Access to the house we can start moving Stuff over here but we cannot sleep over
Here or something like that I don't know If you can cook here whatever but but Yeah that but that at least means that At that time idus and all the stuff is Gone you know and I can at least start Working on the remaining stuff that I Can do myself and then yeah and also Hired a company to do moving for me but The only the heaviest items and then I Will take care of the rest myself if I At Le as long as I can carry it and it's Not too large and I will also carry it I'll be using my own trailer Optimus Primes trailer with the GTX by the way From marus be uh to do the moving load For me I mean for for myself yeah and That's it so that's the timeline so I Would say that hopefully before the 1st Of November we should be up and running And living here and this will be our Permanent uh location and also Unfortunately I'll show another thing is That the the ground here yeah I forgot To mention that one it looks a bit weird Uh but on int on intentionally because Eventually I will get some better Surface here but uh also in the contract From idus they include only some gravel Thing this one this one sing or whatever They call it this this thing here I mean It's good for drainers it's cheap but When you Mo like my video is going to be Like this you yeah yeah yeah and then I'm going to look at this tyon and you
Hear this but at least it gives you okay Surface so they will just pour it down Here eventually and what they're going To do is that they will have a little Bit more here you know I raise it a Little bit here raise a little bit there By the Entrance uh but with the future of Scraping it off to pave it or lay down The Cobblestone so first yeah I wanted To Stones the stones they cost more they Cost roughly 300,000 n to cover the Whole place here with rock with the Stone but it will look nice but then I Just remember that if I want Isabelle And the little brother little sister to Play here eventually we'll have fences Here then asphalt will be better because It's smoother and I've talked to some People they agree they also have kids They also have Cobblestone and it just So maybe you just go for asphalt because Cobblestone will cost 300 nuk asphal Cost only 100K nuk so it might not look That nice but actually many other houses Nearby they also use asphal anyway so Yeah um I have to always consider uh Function over the sign right so there You guys have it's a really long and and Extended one but I needed the time to Explain and show you guys everything so I think that's going to be it for now I Hope you guys enjoy this video as always Thank you for watching and talk to you

Electric City Vehicles and the Electric Power Grid
The electric vehicles that are already hitting the streets are exciting. They’re more efficient, quieter than most gas-powered cars and trucks and can go for hundreds of miles on a single charge. But switching all drivers to EVs will have some difficult-to-predict effects, too. For example, generating electricity can still emit greenhouse gases, so an all-EV world wouldn’t necessarily eliminate car-related emissions from fossil fuels. And if electricity production changes, it could also impact overall energy prices and grid reliability.
The most important factor to consider when deciding whether or not an EV is right for you is how much range you need to get where you’re going. If your commute is under 80 miles, most models can get you there with no problem. For longer trips, look for a model with at least 200 miles of range. You can find more information about EVs, including range and charging options, at the Electric Power Research Institute Consumer Guide to Electric Vehicles.
Another concern is how EVs will impact electricity demand, which tends to spike at around 6:00 on weeknights as people arrive home from work and turn up the air conditioning and start cooking dinner or watching television. Some utility companies are working to help prepare for this by enabling EVs to serve as batteries that can back up the grid during peak demand times. Known as vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology, it allows EVs to take in surplus renewable energy during low demand periods and return it when it’s needed.
