Bed by the toilets than the one we were Offered in that standard price and the Shower is just really basic with just One shower thing not the rain shower That would be way more expensive in the Insulation cost and also in in the Equipment itself off and also it doesn't Even include the shower corner you know The typical in at least in Norway we use The the transparent walls that we open And that is not included either so but I Kind of knew some of this but there was Some stuff I did not know beforehand Until it started building and I saw that Hey what is this it's not going to be Like this yeah no no we can't have that It doesn't look nice so we had to spec Extra extra for for light for plumbing For for kitchen for tiles for some stuff You know painting even Lots of stuff cost extra and also the Swimming pool turned out it was really Expensive you have the price for the Swimming pool but you have to have this Big ass shed and the digging and other Things but it costs a lot I went over Budget Um but unfortunately I asked the bank um Can be extend can be can we extended Yeah she managed to extend the the limit By one million no another 100 000 Euro Because last time I got the approval was Two years ago and then because there was Stuff was delayed meanwhile I had okay

Electric City Vehicles Cars Power

The idea of an electric car took hold in the 19th century. Inventors developed batteries that could be recharged, and William Morrison’s self-propelled carriage — which he reported using in a parade in 1888 — was the first to make it to public roads. By the end of World War II, gas-powered cars had won the technology battle, but EVs continued to make sense for low-speed and short-range uses like postal delivery and urban taxis. New York City has a long way to go to meet its goal of converting its municipal fleet to zero-emission vehicles by 2035. Currently, the city has just 15 electric public buses and one electric police patrol car and garbage truck. It’s also lagging behind cities that prioritize electric vehicles, such as San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Switching to EVs won’t eliminate fossil fuel use, though. Because energy grids vary by state, the source of electricity can still produce climate-change gases. That’s why Earthjustice is fighting to protect California’s ZEV mandate, which requires that 35% of new cars sold in the state be zero-emissions by 2026, and then ramps up to 68% by 2030. And we’re helping New York expand access to public charging, which can help bridge the gap for people who don’t have garages or driveways where they can charge at home.
