This video was brought to you by Steinberg a better world planner Mr Green Camp power and Marcus Beale Yo what's up this is a Toyota Mirai and In this video we're gonna find out how Much space it has so I'll put banana box In there as usual and measure the trunk And in the back uh you know this car is Almost five meters long so externally it Has the same size as a Model S so it Should be plenty space right well except For that this is a hydrogen car hmm okay I guess we should check out the front First And the first thing that strikes me is The freaking long Hood in the Mirai so I Need to measure it how long is it Model S has 130 centimeter model X is 120 this One has 150 holy macaron is long uh BMW I7 has 160 centimeters so yeah it's Almost as long as i7 Wow what the heck is under the hood here We have some few system hoses Huh full cell Freaking humongous man it's like an Engine block And then I'm not sure this is probably Some Electronics Yeah this thing here in the middle here I don't know what the heck it is but it Takes up so much space and then here I Guess you have the radiator yeah yeah You need some cooling you see there There is some massive air intake here
Okay well let's start measuring in the Back instead But look at that sexy butt oh you just Want to whoop that ass you know Toyota You need to stop making so many sexy Cars oh man But you know this is just like the high School girl that I like she's damn hot But she was a smoker okay I'm still here Here we don't have any kick sensor no Motorized lift kit I think there's a Manual Get left liftgate uh yeah it's also the The model 3 opening I think it's even Smaller opening in the model three hmm Okay not that much space you can open up This part here for a little bit of stuff There but not utilizable for this test Uh this one it's like a hoop or you open It Um Also not very useful and then this what The heck is this thing here let me take It out I will tell you what this one is This is the rescue device when you run Out of hydrogen because you cannot Simply charge the car no okay I'll put It there what the heck is it worth What the heck is this thing And why is it in the trunk and you can Even flip it around here Huh okay that is strange never seen this Kind of alien technology before Okay round one in the trunk
On One two three four five huh this can Actually fit five boxes they're very Impressive I was expecting only three or Four right now usually I would say Let's Fold the seats and then we put more in There but this car cannot fall the seats So yeah it makes the job a little bit Easier actually But holy crap there's very little space In here okay you cannot fold the seat You cannot even recline or do any Adjustments there and also here we have The middle shaft here with one of the Fuel tanks are oh I mean the hydrogen Tanks are eating a space uh Yeah and I put the way Oh I'm not in the Toyota driving position Let's let me at least adjust it There okay all the way forward I mean you have to make there there now It's so you want to make this test as Realistic as possible You now we have usable uh yeah more Usable space okay let's go All right we pack the car to the max let Me show you that We have fill up all the way to the roof Actually I couldn't even utilize all of It it's just a matter of the size of the Box versus developer space but you can See here there is actually a little bit Gap there ayoka I was joking right now
Adjusted to more normal driving position Well actually I think I did it up a Little bit but not much at all so yeah That is pretty good I couldn't use this Part here because it's just too small And in here so the biggest problem here Is not actually the space but it's Getting the ballot boxes in there for The test but okay Manchester Philip as Much as possible so let's see then And as usual let's turn over the pitch And start counting [Music] [Applause] 10 11 12 13 plus the five in the trunk That is actually 18 wow not too bad Space 18 boxes well actually For five meter long car okay maybe okay Maybe it's not that great but at least Um it's not the worst I was expecting so There you guys have it the Mirai has Okay space yeah so I think that's gonna Be it for now hope you guys enjoyed this Video as always thank you for watching And talk to you later

Electric City Vehicles and the Challenges They Face
In cities and towns, EVs offer an alternative to traditional cars and trucks. They are often less expensive to operate than gas-powered vehicles and can be charged at home, at work, or in public spaces.
Electrification is one of the most important steps we can take to reduce community fossil fuel use and greenhouse gas emissions. But it won’t happen without the right infrastructure. New York City is leading the way with a broad network of charging stations across the five boroughs.
Tesla Ford GM Power Manufacturing
The electric-car market is growing, with new models and more manufacturers entering the space. However, a number of challenges still exist, including ensuring that all drivers have the resources they need to go electric, and that all cars are built to last.
A key challenge is battery supply. The cost of the lithium-ion batteries in EVs is one of the biggest obstacles to wide adoption, and manufacturers must ensure that they can sell their cars at competitive prices. Some companies, such as Nissan and Hyundai, are working to produce their own batteries in order to keep costs low. Others, such as Tesla and Ford, are partnering with Chinese battery makers to increase production capacity and secure supply.
Despite these challenges, many drivers are ready to make the switch to electric vehicles. EVs can provide quick acceleration and plenty of convenience features, and can be charged at home or public locations. The fact that EVs have lower operating costs than gasoline-powered cars makes them more affordable to own and operate, especially when you factor in the value of federal and state tax incentives.
